While many entered broking for flexibility and balance, the reality is long hours, constant multitasking, and little time to focus on growth. A major issue is rushed or reactive hiring—bringing on generalists without clear processes, which leads to more stress instead of relief. Others have tried outsourcing offshore without first mapping out their workflows, creating frustration and inefficiency.
